Order Policy

  • Cake Orders Placed with Less than Two Weeks Notice Require Payment in Full by Cash Or Credit/debit Card at the Time of Ordering. 
  • Orders Taken within Two Weeks of the Event Date May Incur a Rush Order Fee of 18%.
  •  A 50% Non-refundable Deposit Is Required to Reserve your Order; the Remainder Is Due at Least Two Weeks Prior to your Event. 
  • Your Order Is Not Confirmed Until We Have Received your 50% Non-refundable Deposit.
  • Deposits Are Non-refundable. 
  • Payment Can Be Made by Cash, Credit Card (Visa, Amex, Or Mastercard, and Discover) Cashapp, Paypal, and Venmo. 
  • If You Cancel your Order, your Balance Payment Is Refundable Provided Imagicakes Cake Designers Bakery Is Notified at Least Five (5) Business Days Prior to the Event. 
  • There Is No Payment Refund on Orders Canceled Within Five (5) business days of the Event.
  • Tasting/Design (sketches)  Appointments Can Be Scheduled. There Is a Non-refundable $45 Deposit/Fee Required for Scheduling all Appointments, Payable by Credit Card. The $45 Deposit/Fee Will Be Deducted from the Final Cost. Cake order must exceed $250.
  • Event Dates Are Held for You Through the Date of your Appointment Or Quote, and Five (5) Business Days Afterwards. If We Do Not Receive a 50% Deposit Within Five (5) Business Days of your Appointment Or Quote, your Date May Become Unavailable. Cake Order Must exceed $250.
