1. Cancellation Policy

Due to the significant time investment in planning, sourcing specialized ingredients, and hand-crafting detailed elements for custom orders, we enforce a strict cancellation schedule:

Standard Custom & Hyperrealistic Cakes: Cancellations must be made at least 7 days before the scheduled delivery/pickup date to receive any refund.

Wedding Cakes: Cancellations must be made at least 30 days prior to the event.

Late Cancellations: If an order is canceled within the 7-day (standard) or 30-day (wedding) window, no refund will be issued, as ingredients and labor have already been committed.

2. Refund Policy

Non-Refundable Deposits: A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to secure your date.

Visual Acceptance: Upon delivery or pickup, you or your designee must inspect the cake. By accepting the product, you waive any rights to a refund based on style, design, or appearance.

Subjective Qualities: Refunds will not be issued for subjective matters such as flavor or texture preference.

Full Refunds: Only granted if we fail to deliver your cake on the contracted date/time. Our liability is limited to the total value of the cake.

3. Delivery Policy

90-Minute Window: All deliveries will occur within a 90-minute window agreed upon at the time of booking. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the venue is open and a designated contact is available.

Wait Times: If our driver must wait beyond 15 minutes to gain entry or hand over the product, a waiting fee may apply.

Unsuccessful Delivery: If no one is present during the delivery window, the cake will be returned to the bakery. A redelivery fee will be charged for any subsequent attempts.

Transfer of Liability: Once the cake is delivered and signed for, we are no longer responsible for any damage caused by handling, environmental conditions (heat/humidity), or improper storage.

4. Our Responsibilities to You

Artistic Integrity: We commit to using professional-grade ingredients and high-level artistry to meet your design specifications as outlined in the signed order form.

Timeliness: We will arrive within the agreed 90-minute window.

Safety: We will provide clear storage and transport instructions (e.g., optimal room temperatures) to ensure your cake stays in pristine condition.

Communication: We will notify you promptly of any unforeseen circumstances (e.g., equipment failure or illness) that may impact your order.
